This Site is only for delivery of products to customers within Nigeria. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.
You agree not to hold us liable for any delays or failures to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligations as specified in these Terms and Conditions of sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by you and due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will not hold the vendor liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by us

DELIVERY DURATION
We have a standard delivery timeline of 2-7 working days in Lagos and 3-12 working days for other locations in Nigeria. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way. You will also be contacted by our dispatch personnel on the day of delivery.
For products listed under our Online Tailoring Services, the products are made withing 2 weeks (14 days) before delivery, while the shoes listed under Online Customized Shoes are made withing 8-10 days before delivery
Cartrollers.com is running a free delivery promo for specific products for destinations within Lagos State, Nigeria only, from 1st January till 1st June, 2017. For delivery cost to other locations in Nigeria, please check the Deliver Charges at checkout point. We do not deliver outside Nigeria but we have that in plans. We have a partnership with KOS Deliveries and Amanda Logistics for all our deliveries, especially our cash on delivery (COD) locations.
Cartrollers.com has the goal of having branches in other states in Nigeria. Our deliveries are made for the customer’s convenience and so we do not encourage our customers to come to any physical office since products can be brought to their door steps. However, we are working on creating several pickup stations in regions.
