This transmission gel is water-soluble. Non-greasy and will not irritate tissues or injure the ultrasound easily and evenly and is an efficient coupling medium for ultrasound transmission.
Directions: Apply directly to diagnostic or treatment area. The amount required will depend upon the size of the area. On completion, transmission gel may be removed with a towel or tissue.
Chemical composition: Polymers, humectants, water, approved food color, perfume, and preservatives.
Storage: Sealed from light, dry air. Validity: Three years.
