No, but you would be required to register an account with us on checkout. Only duly registered users on the Cart Rollers website can successfully complete an order on the Online Tailoring Service platform. This allows for easy communication between us, the designer and the customer, through the details provided at registration point.

No, you cannot suggest or bring a material for the Designer to use in making your design of choice from the list provided. The choice of materials is left to the discretion of the Designer. But please note that the Online Tailor is not permitted to use a material inferior to what was advertised. You will be contacted if the material is no longer available, to decide if another material of similar or better quality or color can be used, as the case may be. This however, saves you the shopping hassle for fabric.

After your cloth is delivered, please return to the product online and review the product and the tailor. With your review, we would be able to monitor the performance of our tailors and ensure we deliver a wow experience to you at all times.  Let’s do all that for you.

No. You can only choose from pre-uploaded designs and styles on the Site, which of course the designer can customize for you. This is the whole essence of the Online Couture/Tailoring Service.

Yes you can, but the only issue is that you would be restricted to the Online Payment and Direct Transfer Payment options. This means that you can’t Pay On Delivery because the Online Tailoring Service products have only the above payment options, which overrides that of the readily available products, which have the Pay on Delivery option added to them and therefore affects the payment options for the entire cart. As a result we advice that you order an Online Tailoring Product separately from readily available products. So that you can pay on delivery for the readily available products. Customers ordering to book an Online Tailor to make a desired product and or Fashion design for them should note that part of their Online Payment or Payment Through Direct Bank Transfer, is given to the Online Tailor to commence work and we hold the balance for the customer. Once the product has been made within the specified 2 weeks duration and duly delivered to the customer, the Online Tailor is paid the balance. So, a “Pay On Delivery” plan won’t serve this purpose.
